These terms describe Murky Studio’s early-access AI subscription, offered by Lantern Interactive LLC. They apply alongside the general terms and privacy policy. For this subscription’s price, allowances, cancellation and refunds, the terms on this page apply.

Premium costs $10 USD per month, plus any required tax shown at checkout. It renews monthly until you cancel. There is no free trial, automatic overage charge or scheduled price increase.

Each paid billing month includes 50 loop generations, up to 30 seconds per source take. Unused generations do not roll over. Starting a generation uses one loop, including a take you later discard. A request definitely rejected before generation does not use an allowance. If a request is interrupted, we check its status before allowing another.

Ask Murky includes generous personal-use access, with fair-use limits based on the amount of text processed. Long conversations, large song descriptions and frequent requests use more of that allowance. If you reach the limit, access resets with your next paid billing month. There is no fixed conversation count. Automated bulk use and sharing one subscription between people are not included.

Premium effects are not included in this initial offer. Your free account includes cloud saves and does not require Premium.

Use Manage subscription / Cancel on your subscription page to stop the next renewal. Your paid access continues until the end of the current paid period. Cancellation does not automatically request a refund, and your free account stays available.

You can request a full refund within 14 days of each subscription payment, including a renewal. Contact [email protected] from your account email and identify the payment or receipt. Do not send card details. When we issue a full refund for your current paid period, Premium access ends and future renewal stops. Your free account and your songs remain yours. This policy does not limit rights you have under applicable law.

Before your first request, we ask for your agreement to send messages and song details to OpenAI for Ask Murky, and sound descriptions to Stability AI for loops. Your recordings are not sent. Stripe handles payments; Murky does not store your card number. Temporary generated-audio previews expire after 24 hours, so add a take you want to your song and keep your own exports.

AI results can vary and may contain mistakes or unwanted sounds. Generated rhythm may not match your tempo exactly. Review results before using them. Request original ideas that you have the right to use; a subscription does not clear third-party rights for you. Provider safety limits still apply.
